UNDIRECTLY Anirudh insulted Jhanak in good words...but it is an insult.
She was quiet until it was for her but if it is not his dream (ITV LEADS DREAM A LOT MAINLY DURING THE DAY) he knows that Jhanak's weak point is her mother.
WHY HE KEEPS HAVING TEARS WHENEVER THE TALK IS ABOUT JHANAK??
He knows and says it if she does not find her boyfriend there's Tejas as these types of girls like these type of guys or life.

I felt he is telling all those harsh words about Janak to make his mind understand and to forget Janak. Also Ani is not this much insensitive that he will talk nicely to Arshi in order to make Janak jealous. I feel Anirudh genuinely wants to move on and all these are part of the efforts. That is why he does not want to postpone the wedding announcement party. My guess is on the wedding announcement party, he will get to know she is Janak but the wedding date would have been announced by then I beleive.

ITV,ITV... my baby boi Ani is hurt. genuinely hurt by Jhanak's actions. He is also jelaous. As hell. Guess he is trying to give up now about thinking on Jhanak. If it happens like you say, it will be bumpy ride. But It's gonna be fun

even I noticed that he always gets tears whenever he talks about Jhanak. I feel it is because he was in love and is hurt now.
I have a feeling that he is purposefully badmouthing Jhanak so that his family will stop hurting and hating Jhanak. The more concern he shows for Jhanak, the more that family goes after Jhanak to hurt her. So he might have taken this route
