Hi everyone.. Have Been following imlie since gen 3 started and got to know about the forum recently.

With all that's happening in the show (& sadly so), I don't want them to kill agastya's character at any cost & I don't think they will coz I have this theory which might not be very much relevant but can't be ignored either.

Across all the generations of gul's imlie, the male lead's character name begins with an A. ALWAYS.

In gen 1, it was Aditya initially but after his character lost significance, it was Aryan they came up with.

In gen 2, it was Atharva.

And, now in gen 3, we have our very own August Babu, Agasthya. There's no way they will break this prathaa and change the main lead that too at this stage where they both are head over heels in love with each other.

I think & wish it's Agasthya who disguises himself as Insp. Surya. Let's see what they come up with.

I completely agree on stereotyping South Indian characters in Hindi shows and movies. It’s annoying as hell. Sai’s previous character was a welcome change. And we know he will do well. It’s just that it doesn’t fit well in the story.

Lol, I have watched dubbed Balika Vadhu. It was hilarious especially for someone who had seen the Hindi version.

What do I say about the fake marriage. Why did they get Binni if Agasthya was to be killed?

oh you did watch the dubbed Balika Vadhu? I don’t understand the language so it was definitely weird at first for me.

No GEC will be able to ever capture the south market. As a South Indian, I hate the stereotyping done because people are ignorant. I absolutely love to see real representation of the south in mainstream Hindi shows which is why I don’t mind Sai doing yet another Telugu role.

Even if they show a legal divorce done here, this taints their love and relationship and was absolutely unnecessary and in bad taste.

I have been looking for people who tell me Agastya wont die and the inspector will die and Agastya will take the disguise to get to the stalker truth.

They have to question the marriage of Agastya Binni anyhow because if not then Imlie will forever become the other woman in the story. She won't get the respect of wife which I don't think would go well with trp audience. Another option that they could go for apart from the two you suggested is that they could make Agastya binny officially divorced even though Binny pehle thoda natak karegi but Agasthya imlie smart tricks could convince her and then show Agastya imlie married ritualistic and legally.

In season 2 of yeh rishta, Kartik naira and vedika situation was solved like this. Kartik had married vedika with full rituals but after marriage realised that he can't move on with anyone, so he divorced Vedika and married naira again. But as you said all these solutions still leave bitter taste and has forever tainted the love story of Agastya imlie.

Agastya won't die. I am full sure on that. Imlie whole storyline revolves around him and his Chaudhary family. Neither Imlie will fall for Surya. Surya is a temporary character Who has been brought to give Imlie upperhand on Chaudharys . His face will only increase her love and tadap for Agastya

They will never show Imlie as the other woman. I believe they are going for the Alka Kunal and Meera parallel here.

Only difference is that Agastya Binni wedding will not be real at all. Imlie will never cross her boundaries with a married man. Agastya got himself in real bad trouble. I want this girl to be chipku so all of this family realises how they snubbed a nice girl like Imlie and got Agastya married off to a girl who is worse for them. I dont want a divorce track which somewhere proves the wedding was real. I want to see how they convince the audience that the wedding was fake when all the rituals were done with so much detail.

I dont think they will show Agastya dead as well. Mostly he takes the disguise to catch the stalker. The show is about Imlie and Agastya, one of them goes the show loses it’s charm.

If Agasthya plays Surya, he gets a new wardrobe right? Senior Inspector should wear better fitting clothes

And, I am one of those who stands by this opinion strongly. They just cannot kill Agasthya. I don't know how they're going to take the track ahead but death of the ML !?! I don't want my mind to go that route💔

This is my only hope that Agastya binni marriage isn't real because they won't show Imlie romancing a married man. They even changed meera history by stating that she didn't knew Kunal was married when she became pregnant with Agastya. So they can't show EMA of lead heroine

They have to Also give romance scenes of Agastya Imlie in Surya track for the loyal audience who have stuck with show for past 6 months and for that Agastya has to remain unmarried and not husband of anyone
