I've never heard of Rose Day outside of India, most specifically BW movies. And I've never heard of it being celebrated here in the US. Valentine's Day is the only day celebrated, the week before I've never seen anyone celebrate Rose Day, Proposal Day, Teddy Bear Day, Chocolates Day, etc. Valentine's Day is the day in the US where all of the above occurs.
