If you visit BB forum you will see 60 to 70% members are from Pak. They watch Indian shows as much as Indians watch theirs.

And this person is bringing Pak artists' posts from Aug 2019 when literally the whole Kashmir was caged for months. Neither the phones worked nor internet. Atleast they talked about the matter back then.

Ya that I understand. I'm taking about the profits they make because of huge viewership in india..

If we also get benefitted then it would be fine no..like if they allow hindi shows to air there and allow films to run in theatres so we'd also benefitted.

I have no problem from pak artists infact I love some of them like bilal maya wahaj...but just that both countries should get benefitted from the entertainment perspective that's all I'm saying.

Pakistan banned bollywood movies and tv serials completely and now earning in crores because Indians are watching their dramas..we are in much larger number...

The revenue that they get only from the views generated in india would be 10 times than that generated from Pakistani views...

Pakistanis are also watching Indian content on ott platforms like Netflix and prime the same way Indians are watching pak dramas on yt. A govt or party cannot decide what citizens of a democratic country should and shouldn't watch and it applies to both the countries.

Also indian govt has not officially made any ban on pak actors. It's done by some film associations which is mostly effective to bwood movies only. Punjabi movies are casting pak actors and even animal had a Pakistani girl in it. Aly Khan has acted in multiple Indian projects till now and he is also doing Pakistani projects as well.
