Ahhh not really!!! What you think gets into your psychic and thats what you see in your dreams. You should read a book called what your dreams are telling you. The author has beautifully described why we get some specific dreams at times or a lot of times.

In this case, Anuj got a very specific dream about Sunpama because he has been thinking of her and calling her again meri Anu which triggered those emotions in him.

Actually, if someone practices, there is a way to control your dreams and the book says it all very nicely!!

If you are really interested in knowing how you got this vivid dream then perhaps you should spend some time thinking about what happened in the last 2 to 3 days and what events, situations or even others experience or story including TV you heard or saw and then you will see a pattern. It is always like that not some times. There was an exercise where people were asked to record their dreams and look for patterns. So, it is true but let us agree to disagree if you think otherwise.
