Repeal the Places of Worship Act, and the Waqf Act, & throughout the country, let it be determined on a case by case basis

If a local community wants it back, let them claim it back

If the local community is not interested in reclaiming it, it stays

They don't just get to keep it just b'cos their ancestors destroyed it. The same laws as applied to stolen property should apply here
