Omg! I watched NUMM as well. That too while it was ongoing. Fawad was such a rage back then. I had just watched HumSafar and few of his other shows so had followed NUMM. That drama honestly didn't make any sense and he just dies. Tested my patience. After the ending I asked myself what was the point of this drama. But yes, when asked which shooting he didn't enjoy, Fawad had told Ashk and NUMM. True because bahot hi faaltu dramas the.

Finally watched the episode!

I actually liked it. A lot of things that had to be said were said. It always bothered me that Zaid just became totally normal with his family after bringing Ayra back and conveniently forgot everything that had happened to her, and instead expected her to just act normal and get along with everyone - instead of understanding her trauma and how she’s fighting a losing battle inside. Ayra is flawed but I like that she didn’t take anyone’s bullshit and fought for her place and independence from them - as much as she could. It’s believable for someone undergoing internal turmoil - and her line to Zaid about having 2 personalities was given as well to understand her conflicting emotions. So I finally liked that Zaid admitted that he had left her to fend for herself and didn’t even take the Rayyan thing seriously. This was an important confession from him which shows growth - him accepting his responsibility in this situation.

I also appreciated Ayra’s line when she said she has realized that she can’t win against the people in that house. She will always loose. Case in point her beating them at the contract but still ending up losing it to MJ’s blackmail and getting fired. She tried it the right way and failed. Then she did it their way too with the marriage scam but it was so foolish that it failed spectacularly and ended up amusing asif more than anything. So whatever she does, she’ll always be the joke at the end of the day. I felt her admittance of her defeat was good. And that last line about her ending up in the mental asylum if she goes back very apt lol. Everyone in that house is crazy and they did rub off on her. That’s not where she will ever find sukoon. Obviously the line where she said that I love zaid but I love my respect more. 👏 Love that for her.

I do have a beef to pick with MJ - I don’t think I’ve ever been THIS disappointed with a character arc. THIS WAS HER CHANCE. To come clean about Rayyan going to Ayra’s room and HELPING zaid! But instead she chose fear and was trying to make everything sound normal 😡 Enough man. It’s clear now how even she and Zaid are not compatible at all. What she’s casually brushing aside is hella important for Zaid and despite having two chances she refused to come clean. And her line to Rayyan “pray zaid doesn’t find any evidence” - Are you serious? Is she really that horrible? To side with her brother and not Ayra ? To protect her sham of a marriage? Pathetic.
and how dare she feel concern for Kashmala’s injuries at the hands of her brother when she knows he’s absolutely capable of doing something to Ayra ?! Where was her sense of righteousness then? I kept waiting for her to help zaid, to win his trust … but NOTHING 👋

I just have nothing to say man… what a pathetic story. None of them deserve each other. At this point the thing that makes the most sense to me is Zaid leaving his dad forever for Ayra. However I do think Ayra will be the one who will make the choice. Then Zaid can end up with MJ as backup because I literally don’t care about them anymore. They didn’t even give MJ a chance to win over the audience today. I kept waiting for her to help Zaid but no. She was throwing dinner parties and asking him to eat blah blah blah 🤢 HARD PASS

Having MJ support Zaid through this was literally the BARE MINIMUM they had to show. Instead you have her wishing Zaid doesn’t find a thing and doesn’t tell her about Rayyan going to Ayra’s room and pretending everything is hunky dory around zaid 🤦🏻‍♀️

No conscience no moral compass nothing. And after zaid and ayra will break up MJ is gonna just bring the divorce papers and once again zaid will go into guilt mode and be like no, let’s try to make it work lol. I can’t be the twice divorced guy 🤣 And she will be HAPPY for him to say that, give her a chance as if she hasn’t spent eternity being his doormat 🤦🏻‍♀️

In my head they’ve all already gone their separate ways lol. Nobody is compatible with nobody at this point. Just insecurities, grief and guilt , that’s all there is. It’s gonna be a ridiculous forced endgame

more importantly , if zaid and MJ are endgame, why why why not use this opportunity for a zaid MJ team up 😭 it could have been so so good … instead we got a worried for herself MJ and zaid was on his own. I had so much hope for them to show a proper growth and redemption arc for MJ where she does something selfless and just because it’s the right thing to do. Now nobody even got an arc 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m so mad at the drama. So many opportunities wasted to bring zaid mj closer and to make it all make sense but now it’s just gonna be …. Ayra leaves zaid and zaid and mj end up together. Mj deserves better than to be backup option 2 at this point … im mad at her but I also feel so bad for her

Like I’m not even mad at Ayra and the loopholes in that story because I know she and zaid aren’t endgame. So WHY WHY WHY waste so much time on her and none on the endgame couple. Such a horrible horrible story

The only good thing about the show is the OST.Otherwise it has disappointed everyone in one way or the other.

Even the characters in each pairing have disappointed one another one way or the other lol. Which is what makes the OST so apt - whether you’re talking about Zaid Ayra or Zaid MJ - the OST is such that everything applies lol

Zaid Ayra shippers got a story for them and the focus but not the endgame and Zaid MJ shippers got toxicity and one fabulous episode and then back to square one and then forced endgame and Ta-Da! The End 🤣 Nobody is happy

I’m never watching a Zanjabeel plot ever again and Badar is a definite no. However the biggest disappointment is still Wahaj saying yes to this project lol

Don’t follow her so I had to check especially to see what the fuss is about and OMG? So what if she didn’t mention Wahaj. She obviously includes him in her co stars and she appreciated them collectively. Not important to tag every single one of them.

My focus was more on her saying that she played a villain 😂 and I’m “not sure you’ll miss her”

So respect for her at least that she’s not white washing the character. I love that. I still think Zaid MJ is endgame but it’s nice to see the actor be aware of playing a problematic character - because I’ve seen some crazy takes
