Both of them don't have self respect now and both of them should leave that looser. But atleast in Mubashra its actually understandable why she is scared of divorce. She already has been through this once and the fear of what people will say is the reason why she is afraid. However, Aryas arc of marrying a person who is responsible for her Brothers death and who was already married doesn't make sense.

I also feel ofcourse MJ's terrible behaviour can't be excused just because she has a mental condition. But her fear of divorce can be understood bcz she has this past abondment issue, her mental condition, her divorce.
