Thats because Salman has refused to be a part of it. Boney Kapoor wanted Salman in this, but because Boney Kapoor's son cheated on Salman's sister with Salmans' bhabhi, he has denied his own entry in No Entry

No Entry is incomplete without Anil Kapoor.He was terrific in that movie.
