Loved to read a different perspective. However I have slight disagreements.

Armaan did have some residual feelings for Ruhi or else he wouldn't have said "main ek minute ke liye behek gaya tha". Having said that Armaan atleast knows that harboring such feelings for Ruhi is wrong. Residual feelings because he on his own doesn't reminisce about his time with Ruhi. Nor does he look at Ruhi with longing eyes. In the cottage the air was quite thick. Ruhi spoke about their past, asked him to think how different things would have been today had he showed a bit of courage. He did love her so it was quite natural for him to lose his senses for a moment.

Before falling in love with Abhira he will first have to acknowledge the lingering feelings for Ruhi. Hence he took his steps back when his eyes went to Rohit's room. This is a progression. He has definitely grown attached with Abhira and doesn't consider his marriage as a deal. Otherwise during the hug he wouldn't have remembered his marriage with Abhira. His feelings for Ruhi had become dormant which rose to the surface during the hug though he doesn't love her with the same fervour he did before.

Next about using Abhira as a shield. Armaan is not person to use people for his own benefit. He would rather put himself at stake than putting Abhira at pedestal. That is not because he loves Abhira. It is because that is Armaan for you. For the people whom he genuinely cares about he would move mountains. When he could entertain Ruhi's advances inspite of being uncomfortable just for his mother's happiness why would he ever use Abhira.

About him wearing Abhira's choice of clothes to set bounaries with Ruhi I will have to decide that after watching the episodes.

I just thought of a scenario.

AA goes to Private party-Ruhi's insecurities soars sky-Ruhi and Charu ends up ruining equation between AA by doing something - Family sense trouble between AA - Dadisa and her clan sends AA to private honeymoon in hope that AA patch up- Ruhi tries to follow them and fails but AA on returning in route find Rohit and...what am I doing here. 🫣

No stable emotions, no stable preference, just no stable stance.

I felt today's ruhi abhira hug was genuine & she initiated it happily, there was no other hidden reason for it. And it's because she believes armaan still loves her & abhira is his friend. SHe saw armaan holding abhira's hand & sleeping and next moment decided to leave the house, imagine if she ever witness their accidental hug or fall & catch, she will leave no stone unturned creating problems for Abhira Or degrade her in front of family.

Aisa na ho ke ruhi ke darr se armaan abhira se distance maintain start kar de, he is aware ruhi holds grudge against abhira. Also she is aware of deal marriage & armaan has promised to keep her his priority, bahut saare raste hain ruhi pe paas to bring armaan under her control

I have a question. Armaan is a lawyer. A top one at that. Why dont they have sophisticated parties often? Not the family ones, just the ones where couple is invited in a dress code. There are drinks and dance there. My cousin is a high court lawyer and him and his fellow lawyer friends are so close, they keep having these amazing parties.
