Gautam in future might personally manage Virat/Ahuja's bank accounts NOT Amruta. Either Gautam will join Indie international bank soon? or Virat/Ahuja's will shift all their bank accounts to this local bank for which Gautam currently works.Both ways, Gautam won't need to continue his alliance with Amruta, if motto is to get till Virat.

Can see him being an instant favourite for Babita, but Virat - i am guessing he will not like working with him. He will also give the needed ego massage to Babita whenever she needs it. She may force Virat to employ his services. That's possible.

Actor playing Gautam isn't any junior artist or new comer. He seems quite experienced, a known face.

Happen to see him play important characters in TV shows like Ishq Subanallah earlier where he Did good job.. came to know his name is Dhiraj.

(Have no idea about actress playing Sanjana though, not a known face expecting her role to finish soon.)

Unless Gautam's role is cameo, expecting his character to be part of kmtmg for a long while. But writers need to make it interesting for usage in upcoming plots, not like outright evil Rajeev or Ishika.

Actually his screen presence with Sriti as Amruta is visually appealing to watch, writers could have actually played out proper triangle for few weeks with a tinge of mystery, without revealing so advance to viewers about Gautam's selfish motto to say yes to Amruta's alliance.

The EMI talk was fine but guess that's where they want to take it. Else she couldve had a talk about things to her mom letting her know she's not in a state where she can think of getting married. Should've been obvious, given what Jayesh did, who not only rendered them without a home but also to start from scratch cause he took her savings too. [Can question where her 'practical' thinking brains went that time? Any case she is agreeing only for her mom. They also have to show Aaji as not a good judge of character too - or a judge of future troubles possible... Mrs Sathe gave her enough hints.]

He is a good actor for the role he got and good screen presence with Sriti too. Generally a villain role? Can see him being around for a long time.

Only doubt is will they show them getting married? Hope not. I would guess Babita/ Ishika will do the needful. But nevertheless the doubt exists. Bad move if they do - should've been her past not the future.

Finally a decent episode after 2 horrible episodes.. Despite the scene where Amruta is reprimanded by her Aai for speaking in favour of her family against Mrs Saathe, I quite liked her thoughts and the way she put them forward. That scene I liked the way Sriti modulated her voice, gentle but firm.. her apprehension regarding the high EMI, her adamance regarding looking after her family even after marriage. Her justification for not including Harsh and her father in the Chitnis family expenses. I was hoping that Gautam creates a scene and breaks the alliance but greedy SOB wants the deal with Virat to be finalised and then breakage of alliance. Poor Ammu may be heartbroken.

Rest of the epi was also decent. I ff the Deepika, Babita, Bebe scene. Although did have the patience to listen to them explaining Lohri significance which I liked. Dance was ok ok. Though I liked the Pinga dance more.

He will never end up with Amruta that place is reserved for Virat only when that time will decide. High chances are there him being continued as Bank relationship manager for Ahuja's as a favor from Babita for breaking marriage with Amruta and hidden motive of seperating Virat Amruta . Sanjana is not a regular actor so her role will be minimal but not Gautam as he is shown cunning and can go to any extent for money so he can be team Babita against Amruta.

Gautam drops a bomb - he has booked a flat in B wing. Good back and forth b/w Amruta and Mrs Sathe ensues about EMI ... but strange no one is still seeing any red flags.

Seems like he has contacted Virat... at least from his dialogue with mom it felt so. Hope they end this one soon - but get the bad feeling this one is going to drag long too. [Will they actually get married? Hope not. Have said it would've been good if Amruta was a divorcee, but i don't want them to go ahead with this one just to make her a divorcee.]

Lohri begins. Something I felt in the precap and even today - are there only the 2 families? what about the rest?

well, the rest are going on about how they normally celebrate Lohri (though i doubt they showed much of the rest.) which irks Babita because she wanted it to be all about her.

Get what she is going through - she imagined she will be admired upon by the plebians while she does the things only patricians like her do - the things that the plebians can not even dream of. If she wanted it to be about herself, she could've done it somewhere else. (but whom can she show off to when there wont be any plebians to admire her.)

[Have to say, they are representing Delhi in a very bad way. Coming to Mumbai seems to be more than just a culture shock for her - more like a reality slap that she refuses to accept even if she is slapped over and over.]

Everything is maximised for drama. No red flags coz Aaji had earlier given the green flag. Yeah, don’t want them to drag the marriage. If the deal goes through, Gautam himself said he will break the alliance. But if deal doesn’t go through will he still break or will Amu break it knowing his real nature for agreeing to the alliance remains to be seen.

There were some extra actors in the background. They are the rest of the families. Unhee se kaam chalana padega. Looking at Babita giving constipated looks, can see where Nimmi’s selfishness comes from As far as I have heard, loud Punjabi families love to show off a lot, but don’t think they are so petty, arrogant like Babita.

Hmm that will be interesting. Babita takes Gautam on her side, gives him some peanuts(for her it will be peanuts, but for him it may be a huge amount) that will enable him to break off the alliance. If they show it like this, then it even more goes on to show why Amruta shouldn’t marry Virat. Her life will be hell in Ahuja house.
The motive to break Amruta-Gautam alliance looks so shallow tbh. But it will be ok in the long run, since Gautam has turned out to be such a selfish, opportunistic person.
Since Babita has already taken the decision for Virat-Sanjana Roka, I think she may (I am assuming) enter into a deal with Gautam that enables him to break the alliance just like he promised to his mother in 26th January episode. That’s the twist that Kishori was talking about in that SBB segment?

But just for Nimrit's wedding or will it go further - is there a possible divorce for Nimrit coming up? Tara is coming back.

If Nimrit wouldn’t have married, it was justified for Babita to do her back end deal with Gautam just to end Amruta’s marriage alliance. Not now.
Of course, Nimrit also will end up divorced. Till Rajiv thinks of a way to get money from somewhere else, unless Tara gets another rich man. Then she may dump bankrupt Rajiv.
