Imagine Laxman's situation when Ram asks why u left Sita alone. He can't even tell him the words Sita told him because Ram will never be able to digest it .

Bold - this 🥺🥺🥺🥺😞😞😞😞😞

I don't know why these words left from Siya mata's mouth but it would have hurted lakshman ji a lot

Thinking of niyati it was bound to happen but the way it happened was heartbreaking 💔

I don't think it was large hearted of Kaikeyi maa, Kaushalya maa was his first wife Kaikeyi maa already knew it still both father and daughter asked Dashrath ji for the promise (I am just talking about this serial as this promise is not mentioned in Valmiki Ramayan) , Dashrath ji also gave her that, it was not fair to Kaunshalya Maa still she loved his other two wives like sister I think in this serial that's Kaikeyi's maa arc, feeling the love the other 2 wives of her husband she also moulded, she felt secure of her power and position and that's why loved all of them equally but Manthara again made her feel insecure which lead to Ramayan

The vachan I think was a condition for marriage by Kaikeyi's father . It's only after Dasharath gives this vachan does he agree for the marriage . It's unfair to Kausualya par uss waqt I think Dasharath and Kaushalya had given up hopes of begetting a child . Toh technically he would have thought anyway Kaikeyi's son would be the first toh de dete hai vachan .

But once a promise is given usko nibhana toh padega na . Kaikeyi let go of it because she loved Ram a lot .

I read somewhere.

- it was all vishnu's wish/order (to sarswati) - saraswatiji controlled kaikayi while asking for two boons and also controlled siya before siya haran (otherwise she would not think it, forget about saying - it was not siya, sarswathiji spoke from the body of siya) - to help vishnu to success in his plan .... fulfil the aim he came on earth for.. just like mahadev had vishwamitra to help ram to reach siya...

Ram ji was not even born when Kaikeyi maa let go of it, i think she let go of it out of respect and love she had for Kaushalya Maa and Sumitra Maa and afterwards they all loved Ram more than other 3 brothers as its showing in show.

Waise bhi yee promise to let go ho chuka hai, abhi to Dashrath ji Kaikeyi maa ko koi bhi 2 vachan pura karenge waala vachan jo diya tha uski baari hai

He loved her so much, respected her so much, even asked for Agni pariksha with crying heart so that no one at Ayodhya doubt his better half

Pata nahi uttarkhand mein kya hi ho gaya 🤷

Whole purpose of ram avatar was - to establish maryada - how to support truth, dharma!

It was not the husband who asked siya to leave, it was The Kind Ram who felt people not trusting their queen can cause vidroh in them will ruin ayodhya's peace - he chose his ayoudhya/praja over personal life - once again to explain people - a King's duty !!

Sita Mata's purity was also the truth dear, Dharma can never be unfair to good people. Best example is Mahabharat those who followed dharma got valour and those who didn't got death.

I can never doubt the love he had for ma Siya and that's why understood the reason for Agni Pariksha

I have posted one topic also named Ram Rajya in Valmiki Ramayan which describes how Ramji was with his praja

And I don't believe Uttarkand is true that's why I said it doesn't make sense to me, scholars also said its later edition to glorify cast system and male dominated society. I have not yet read it fully but have read some points and summaries which just don't match with Ram ji's qualities mentioned in all 6 previous kaands.

I could be wrong and maybe Ram ji had left Maa Siya so peace remains in society but then how till 10000 years he was the best King for both men and Women, didn't any Women questioned him why he left his wife, they all can't be very understanding of each and every aspect of his relations right?

The only scene which felt was the scene with Raja Janak and his daughters and the rangoli scene

( this is strictly my opinion )

I just told same thing in this thread page 27 - yes, it is too much romanticizing... smiley7

people watching ramayan are not here for that... and Ram was famous as 'maryada purushotam' - looks awkward to watch them eye contacting half of the episode or even talking to each other that frequently - like 21st century!!

If it was Krishna - we can accept a bit , but not this level smiley7

Bold - that one was oddsmiley36

Maryada Purushottam qualities includes loving evryone as their own, treating everyone with respect plus you've to read Ramayan to know how expressively romantic Ram ji really was. That's why he is regarded as Maryada Purushottam

Utttam purush in every aspect, as a son, husband, brother, friend, father and enemy

And of course as a King
