For no reason - none of them have anyone else left to fight with. They've had their turns with literally everyone left now.
Isha doesn't realize that the more the runs her mouth the more and more she's coming across as a bully. She has nothing on Mannara, she can't keep saying the Munawar thing because Mannara has accepted it now so she's now stooping low. Mannara just reacts, she has no brain to think of fights.
