He doesn't "hide" his face (look at the reception pics inside Aamir's daughter's wedding)...he just don't want to give 'fodder' to paparazzi (if he can avoid it).

Aryan was dragged into the controversy unnecessarily and paparazzi went too far. Since then he avoid media and paparazzi. That is why he used the back door when attending Ira khans wedding.
