As a viewer it hurts to see Abhira speak that way but that is her goal and ambition, and she hasn’t developed any feelings for Armaan or his family yet

When she does tho, things will change and she will prob not say that stuff so easily

Poor Armaan babu has a lot to deal with

And it’s fair enough from Abhira’s perspective.

She has yet not been given that feel of welcoming or the feel of belonging to the Poddar family.

Her feeling detached is quite normal because she is someway or the other always made to feel and downright told on face as well an outsider.

Armaan alone wouldn’t be able to do much to keep her unless she feels belonged and considered as one of their own by the Poddar family.

When I say Abhira is changing him means she is the one who brings this side of him the most because of her childish antics. I do feel, he also likes that part of her and was just trying to be like her to cheer her up and play along with her. Also, let's not forget that the show has taken one month leap too - it's not sudden. People in certain company change within no time especially when they start to like their companion's behaviour.
