She sat on asif's chair? Then she clearly is instigating Asif and making him do something so that zaid stands against him and do something to him.

Isn't mj an year or two older than zaid? Maybe a young zaid had a huge crush on the pretty and confidence mj and confessed to her to only be make fun off by her. She might have casually said him off but it might have affected him and started being cold to her.

On top of it Zaid was being so nice with Mubashira. Smiling and khud kahin kuch cuisine try karane legaya 😳
