Ok he's not at all articulate. But I think what he meant was, just like how Armaan does everything for his family, he will do it for Abhira too, because she's family. However, I can understand why people are angry with him. Who puts things so weirdly.

He framed that entire thing so wrongly. But seems like he meant to say, Armaan is the one who fulfills the dreams and wishes of all his cousins because they are his family. And just like that he'll fulfill Abhira's dreams too because she's his family and his responsibility.
