Shah family has always treated Anupamaa like a doormat & has abused her emotionally & mentally; for threw her out to weep alone,Baa insulted Anu with much harsh words, then y did he ask Anu to stay post divorce. Shah family ppl r abusers. Toshu, Pakhi, Baa, V abused Anupama for 26 years .

Kapadias family: they are rich ,well educated and hifi people . She got romil ,ankush ,Sara ,Mukku,Adhya ,GK kaka and Anuj who supported her and loved her to the fully . They fully accpted her despite her neglected and ignored them for toxic ex family .
