I know no amount of words can heal your mental stress right now but it is important to keep a check on your mental health because that does affects your physical health.

My mental health is currently hanging by a string. Don't know when I will fall face first to the ground. I am not exactly okay but I guess I will be eventually.
Thank you sooo much for your kind words and support, Di. Like I was kinda nervous and apprehensive to approach you guys about this - hence stayed on hiatus for 2 months.
