New Promo(3rdJan) Who is responsible for Malini's attack??

During Kavya's felicitation ceremony, Kavya messages Malini to meet her behind the Hall.. Malini enters & smells gas leaking and after that there is a huge blast and Malini is injured..

When asked how this happened, she says she came here to meet Kavya...
