Somehow it seems unlikely that Giriraaj would do that.. He is fixated on destroying Kavya emotionally and professionally..

He can do what ever he wants.. just want Adhi to be genuinely with her in hee lowest time and help her fight back or fight together with her

Giriraj can do anything, he is already on the way to getting Adi married to Radhika and also trying to get Adi alone from all sides..
