Na, Ishaan will fall in love with Savi after they get married. If they show Ishaan falling in love with Savi before the marriage it does not go with Ghum concept. That's why they haven't shown any romantice scenes but connection between them. He needs to be in love with Reeva when he gets married to Savi. The same S1 story will be repeated imo.
