Why KJO Doesn’t Like Sara ?

It’s weird getting on here and writing this. I usually always made fun of everyone else getting on their soap boxes complaining an out Karan. Saying it’s just how the world works. But it seems Karan has something against her. Now I understand I’m saying that when she has been invited to his show all the time and he works with her. An there’s so many people who don’t get either perk. But it seems still he has some type of dislike for her. I would just resign to punch him in the face. But I don’t think that would work. I would tell Sara to avoid dharma but if the money is there she has to do it. It’s unfortunate situation.

The actor he dislikes, I feel is Tara Sutaria. He left her in the cold and gave her no film or OTT show . He has given Sara a good OTT film about a freedom fighter where she can prove her acting mettle. That is not dislike imo.

Sara was amazing in Kedarnath, everyone said she is the next superstar but as soon i got to know she is part of Karan Johar camp, i knew her career will go no where. She is an intelligent woman and i hope soon she will realize Karan will only lobby for Alia. After Kedarnath Sara hasn't signed a single movie where I can say wow good performance. She can do so much better. Whatever advice Karan is giving to her, she should do the opposite. He clearly does not like her. Maybe she is highly education and she has her own views and opinions.

When Ananya said to Sara you are working with Aditya, don't flirt with him. Sara expression was what? In the episode Ananya was over confident and sara was chilled out (atleast the reels i have watched). It's been 5 years, half decade and i hope Sara will choose good directors and good roles.

Perhaps Sara hire a new PR team.

Maybe he’s still mad Sara left SOTY2 for Kedarnath 🤷🏽‍♀️

Alia Bhatt is Kjo’s creation (figuratively, as a star). Ananya is the daughter of one is his best friends and gossip buddies. Janhvi’s mom was Sridevi. Sara will never be what these girls are to KJo. She probably knows it too. Sara also seems to have a strong mother who watches her every move. Maybe KJo doesn’t have as much say where Sara is concerned.

Or it might all be some sort of inferiority complex either directly or projected via Alia, Ananya, Janhvi. Sara definitely has her moments, but overall she’s an educated, smart, and very eloquent woman. She’s a Pataudi which doesn’t necessarily carry any weight or influence now but still has a symbolic prestige specially for the likes of KJo who’s all about lineage etc.

I do agree Maroon that his overall demeanor is different with Sara vs Alia, Ananya, and Janhvi.

Definitely. I do think the feeling is mutual. Tara has completely stayed away from everything Dharma related.

However, if he can make up with Kartik he can make up with anyone. Tara needs that one big hit and KJo will be kissing her behind. Tara needs a very aggressive PR.

Tara is a model at best. Sara has charisma

I don’t know. She herself got good reviews for her last movie didn’t she? I’m sure she’s getting offers. I know she was linked to Aashiqui3 but Mukesh Bhatt put the kibosh on that one.

Tara was nothing but a showpiece to elevate Ananya. They purposely gave her the bitchy role and the innocent role to Ananya so that once again we feel sorry for the nepo kid.

In terms of Sara; I’m shocked that someone who has access to people like Saif, Amrita and Kareena, is making such bad career decisions. That little Dharma OTT movie is going to do nothing for her.
