There was a line she said when she met dad and gf - something like 'had blamed dad for doing what he did - after all he wasnt loyal. But now that i know you (Ishika) i cant put the whole blame on him.' Follows similar pattern.

In her Dad case first she thought Dad who is responsible as he is married and had responsibility. But when she came in contact with Ishika she came to know her cunning and manipulative nature. Now her opinion changed somewhere she believes she too has a role in breaking her parents marriage. Also I did not get why she stopped herself from revealing about Ishika in court. In court we should speak truth and truth is her father wants to end this marriage as he found love outside and wants to settle with her.

True. I didnt like that either. In the least it would've made her mom's case stronger. Bad move by not mentioning it. (I'm someone who has the opinion that I wouldn't have cared if she slapped him before leaving the other night too. She's not as extreme as that.)

Came across an opinion that doing so in court would mean she'll go as low as dad - dont agree with that but makes some sense. But means she is leaving the door open for him to come in later. Dont like it either.. but that's how it (or she) is.

I am also of the opinion of slapping him but here ITV prefer to keep FL decent and does not cross her limits. That's one reason nowadays I only watch web series started watching this show for Sriti . Jayesh case whatever it may look I feel she should have said truth when Jayesh does not have any shame in calling Bhavani uncivilized and all than why she should respect him. Being old fashioned is not wrong but crime is what he has done. It's purely case of cheating so he should be punished. Why they don't show punishment for infedility Here all wife prefer to hide it in court this gives man more power to cheat them. I felt in that scene Amruta was about to tell the truth but Bhavani signaled her not to so she changed the sentence.

Promo is good, the serial should be based on such scenes, felt Amruta voiced her opinion well, could have been appropriate if she had done it in front of the whole Ahuja family, but she was cornered and we would not have gotten to see Virat's dad's good nature otherwise which was much needed. Arjit/Virat's expressions looked appropriate, was not like the guess-what-type of expression reactions.

I think Bhavani stopped her from doing so.

We could have accepted Ishika as reasonable if she had been some modest/modern/decent working woman without malice other than loving a married man. We can argue that he had tried for long to make Bhavani see his point of view and had wanted divorce from her (but he was wrong in hurting Bhavani/children in the process) which would also have been appropriate for his age and being Amruta's idol before all this

[Do get the impression that the show gets preachy at times about 'how the society is'. well... improve that in the show without getting preachy. You cant let a female bank employee, MBA, work as a flower girl, waitress, work at home in odd hours doing odd jobs, insult her as if she is some bonded labour and preach about how the society should be. Dont think the society as a rule does what is shown.

They show nonsense about Indian society. God knows what idea the non-Indian viewers get on seeing all these shows. True that most times people record incidents on phones rather than helping, but that also is seen to sometimes be more detrimental to the innocent bystander than the perpetrator. They get in trouble with police for reporting crime rather the criminal getting caught. But this is true in all countries( atleast Asian countries.. no idea about the West).

You can share clips here, unless it's derogatory to or harmful for the reputation of the actors then don't share, otherwise it's fine.
