This may be crude but do you think Ayesha is faking her faintness. Please hear me out. If she is suffering from low blood pressure and she knows it happens from an early age usually there are medications that the patients have to take so it doesn’t happen again and again. So is she being irresponsible? In taking her medication? Did she forget to bring her medication? Or it is something else.

I don’t want to character assasinate but she came with the intent to unfold Munawar, kept saying that she is never going to meet that man outside , and now all of a sudden all this seems so so fake to me.

Can't say anything about her fainting but she definitely entered with a fake agenda. Ayesha had no intention to expose Munawar. She only wanted fame via love angle infact Ayesha and Munawar might have planned it together. Because Munawar who wanted to sort out everything between him & Nazila, had an emotional breakdown regarding what Nazila might be thinking, now wants to get married to Ayesha. What's real?
