She can have duplicates of passport or visa in her bag or some other IDs so she can proof her indentity.

And about making diya from tissue paper. You can try that yourself it works or not.

May be it work but can we use other material apart from cotton sulk in n and woolen wood in Pooja,

In Pooja we only use copper brass wood silk cotton and woolen things
