Rohan Murthy doesn’t have skills, who even knows the names of Ambani’s sons. Adaani’s brother-in-law is managing many of their units. They all get the positions of their dad’s or relatives companies. It’s not just in family business, it happens in every sector, including IT.

It’s not same in USA.

People like Trump have their entire family not only in every part of his business but even in political position when he was President. People like Paris Hilton and Kardashians only got famous because of their families. Someone like Musk only got rich as he came from a super rich family.

Also in US the way they skirt nepotism rules is that rich people hire each other's family members in their companies, so a dad won't get his son into his own company, but his rich friend will hire his son and in return the dad will hire the friend's son.

Nepotism is not unique to India.

Well, there is a saying in English, "To be able to sit and doing nothing, make sure you sit at the top".

No it happens

if you are manager you hire your brother in law or nephew whose failed 6 papers in BE and than passed with just pass(35%) or D grade.

And this happens in Top 5 IT company which is world famous and only takes above 60% marks or first class only

Even in USA top university you pay few lakhs donation and your beta, beti, phupa ki beti will get seat although they shall never get on merit ever in those colleges in life

Also in india MBBS you pay few lakhs per paper and failed subject you will pass

Thats how it works everywhere

Rules are for poor or who do not know anyone in company or university
