SRK Filmfare Best Actor 2024

2023 was SRK's year. Filmfare loves him and he's tied with Dilip Kumar as the actor with the most Best Actor awards with 8 wins. He hasn't won since My Name is Khan.

Which film will he most likely win for this year? My biggest curiosity is which films he'll be nominated for. He's regularly been nominated for two films a year. In 2005, he in fact had 3 nominations for Swades (which he won for) along with Veer-Zaara and Main Hoon Na. Can he repeat that and earn 3 nominations again this year?

I'm rooting for Dunki. Best role of his not just this year but in a long time. Also would parallel his winning for Swades while earning nominations in his other two more commercial films. Pathaan is not the type of role he would win acting awards for but I can see him getting it for Jawan since that was a blockbuster commercial film and he had a double role where both roles were well received.

Ranbir won't win for such a controversial role. Ranveer has a better chance with Rocky aur Rani, a genuine crowdpleaser.

Ranbir might win. Performance wise even from the songs and trailer you can see he’s done phenomenal job. But if it has to go to SRK, it should be from Dunki. As you said, it’s an amazing movie I watched after a LONG LONG time.

he was strictly forgettable in Pathan and totally annoying and hammy in Dunki! But if I have to pick one(albeit reluctantly), then I guess Jawan? however even in Jawan I found him inconsistent…while he was alright as Vikram but I found him really over the top and insufferable as the son Azad

Ranbir wont win? Cuz of a controversial role?…. What about certain actresses who play prostitutes and win? Or what about Alia Bhatt who won for Gully Boy, a toxic and problematic female role she played
