Trust me even if kriti sanon was in those films, they would have worked. Those were hardcore masala mass entertainers..dunki never promised that..i saw similar reaction during pk..it also ope ed lower than D3 or kick etc..but it opened the 300cr club ..almost 350..content is what works with hirani..they never open at BB levels..except Sanju coz it was controversial..all I hope is Hirani has made a good movie coz that is all which will work in its favour

Never mind Deepika.

Question is..does SRK have stardom? Does he need top heroines,Genres,Big directors to make people watch his film on day1?

Is it any different for any other BW star?

Genre matters, directors matter. So who can really be called a superstar today.

Why does Prabhas matter so much?

He did a love story Radhe Shyam a couple of years back with Pooja Hegde. Look for the opening.I think fans may have buried it.

It will do wonders at the box-office. Hirani is one of the few directors who blends content and entertainment seamlessly. Maybe not at the level of Jawan, but it will work.
