What I get from all this criticism is that people seem to forget that the seven protagonists (including the three ones constantly bashed) had to play 17 year old youngsters with different familiar background and different interests etc. ... their common ground is - among others - the band + music, their age + being in the same class, being of Indian-British origin and then, in the movie, campaigning against the destruction of the Green Park.

I'd rather go by what the actor says their own age is. The media portals are often about personal details. Shraddha Kapoor is atleast older than 3 years her current age. But everything online presents it otherwise. Same is the case with many actors. Sometimes they do it themselves so as to target younger roles and increase their shelf life.

Why do some people have a problem with actors being reviewed? Don't all film reviews do that?

I mean I haven't seen any critic reviewing a character..it's always about how the actor played the character..so what's the issue if the kids here r reviewed?

Wait till they find some nonexistent connection he has with some insider and start calling him a nepo and a liar and drag him down. It already started with some of them calling him coming from a rich family and that his comments section is filled with comments from the insiders. 😆

The bold part is correct...the part before not.

It is right that Suhana was trained in theatre acting but one can learn to act differently when it isn't on a stage but before a camera.

I don't "justify" a "bad performance" simply because I don't find it "bad".

My view is as much worth as an opinion as the opposite ones (especially because I explain on what my opinion is based which most of the bashers - including you - don't.)

If one wants to use age to justify bad performances, Kangana was 16 something in Gangster. PC was 21 when she delivered aitraaz . Raveena was 19 in Pathar KePhool, Kajol was 19 in DDLJ. Rani was 16 in KKHH.

U r not the only one in the world who didn't find the performance bad.

But u r the only one here defending ur liking endlessly and reacting to people who think otherwise..no one said u can't have ur own opinion..likewise others can have their own.

It's ok to be a fan..it's also ok to like everything about ur fav..to n extent it's also ok to defend their action..But u can't think that everyone who doesn't share ur enthusiasm n opinions is wrong..

Don't react..people will stop responding..simple

He has a baby face but he is certainly significantly older. Otherwise they would not have cast him so quickly in Jigra to lower his age (being seen as a younger brother to Alia will help his age status). Half the shooting was done with Ibrahim until they scrambled to put Vedang there.
