The director trying to gaslight us into believing that two girls are crushing over Skinny-Tooth Abhishek Bachan 2.0 when you literally have Lootera-Pretty-Boy Ranveer Singh 2.0 outshining the hell out of everyone. You ain’t fooling no one. Not in this janam Zoya Akhtar.

The Archies:

The movie is so dull & boring.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever.A waste of 2 hours.I didn't understood what was it's plot did it even have any plot.Was the plot about the leads saving a park.They could have made it a coming of age youth movie instead of the stupid love triangle and saving a park.Movie has a half baked plot.Aur yeh kya hai har moment har time pe the leads started dancing.There were like 6-7 dance sequences which was so unnecessary.The songs were also average.

Archie character is as usual jerk.He is a jerk who was two timing two girls.Agastya acting is okayish but he couldn't carry the movie on his shoulders.He easily got overshadowed by the others.But he could improve.I liked only Betty character from the three leads.Khushi was okayish as Betty.She was better than the other two and Janvi in her debut.Suhana is lifeless and annoying as Veronica.She is a very horrible and poor actress .Veronica is supposed to be the IT girl right Suhana mein woh vibes tha he nahi what did they think when they took her for Veronica role.She was so awkward and stiff.She was bad in her dance sequences too.This makes Riverdale looks better.

Coming to the supporting cast,Vedang is hot.He brought life and spark to Reggie's character.He made Reggie 's character looks interesting.He is the one to look for.Jughead was mainly Archie sidekick in the movie he barely got to perform but whatever he got he did better than the leads .I would have loved if he would have got more screenspace.Same for DOT too she was barely there.Other supporting characters did good job too like the parents and other.The supporting characters in this movie did more better job than the three leads so they deserved more screenspace than the leads.But the locations and cinematography of the movie is beautiful.

She has no say, no hand in how she looks if that's ur point...can work on her skills, that's a fair ask. But don't say such things.

Finally watched the movie and I quite liked it.It was sweet, simple and innocent story.A beautiful nostalgic journey.All that cycling with baskets,the fest parties,the retro youthful music and dance added delightful touch to the cinematic treat.

But I do feel there was a certain blandness in the performances.But a good watch nevertheless.

I don't know why everyone is dishing Suhana in particular for her bad acting. It's almost they're singling her out . Targeting her.

She was bad . No doubt . But others were equally bad. Each more than the next one.

Only person who stood out with his charisma, presence, acting chops is Vedang . He's the one to watch out for. Future star material, if he gets opportunities in this nepo infested Industry. If he doesn't, then it's the loss of the viewers. I shudder to think of the future of Bollywood in the hands of these talentless lot. We need more of Tripti and Vedang.

Vedang added layers to his character that were not in the script. In lesser hands it could've been a mediocre forgettable character, if not for the nuances he added.
