Typical businessman. That how prem survived i guess and managed Mahajans in whatever time he was ruling.

She knows money is the most important thing for the labourers and lowest income groups in company. So them forfeiting a little bit of money will create problems for them and eventually the company. That's why she increased the work hours in same salary. Mathematics dekha jaaye to they are still getting low payout. 90 percent of them won't even care about it. They will do thier job like daily routine because money hasn't been reduced. Reminds me of FMCG companies who silently reduce the weight of the products but keep the unit price same. Majority won't even care because price is same. But if a company keeps same weight but increase price becomes the bad company because you have to spend more

This is reverse in case of senior management because they care about their time and if some money is reduced it won't affect them much.
