I saw windy app. I'm not sure, just guessing.

If there s cyclone neighbouring states will be affected mostly.

Actually after any major event, they may do some postmortem and ask for report.

So since Virat and Rohit are senior they would have asked them.

Just to record the learnings and not to find fault or anything. It happens in IT and sales also. Submit report for any event or accident in factory etc.
