I’m going with double meaning. Why else make a reference to size? It was unnecessary and just opened the door for more jokes. But in Alia’s head she probably thought she was humble bragging, over a blurry shot 🙄. Only Alia 🤦🏽‍♀️

I don't think she wouldn't have known what sorta character Ranbir was playing in the movie before the release so I don't buy that she was shocked after the premiere. When there's full frontal and violence, that would of course be discussed with spouse or family members before coming to watch it.
