Let me define neutral -
1) Those with no prior inclinations (like many of us); AND
2) casual viewer i.e. not dissecting every contestant’s game (not us).
For casual viewers, game doesn’t matter as much as the personality does. If you keep the game aside, and any personal reservations, he is likeable in the sense he is mostly shown having fun, doing shayaris, comes across as very sensible and doesn’t get into unnecessary fights.
I watch BB with neutrals who don’t care about social media much and all of them like him, and I also know a lot of other ppl who like him.
His insta followers have shot up by 2.6 million to 8.6 million. The pre-season 6 million would already capture his existing fanbase so this 2.6 million is a good proxy for his ‘new’ supporters.
