if a man dies and his only child with his wife usually in india or asia they will not easily allow to marry as that child is only child of their son akhri nishani. So they want child to live with fathers family only all life. If mother marries child will go with mother to second hubby house and consider 2nd hubby as his father and their family as fathers house.

But than the child can get samar as father in official documents and his sur name need not get titu name if they are woorried about child losing fathers identity
