I have two theories on this new entry

1. Deva will bring fake Deva himself. So maybe Tara will be even more sure after the diwali episodes that mr Malik is Deva. Seeing this, Deva himself will bring another guy into the scene to trick Tara into thinking that this other guy is Deva. Deva himself will train fake Deva so that he gets familiar with all their memories. In return it’s possible that fake Deva actually falls in love with Tara which will make real Deva jealous.

2. This new entry will be the guy Raunak ows money to. Because when we saw Raunak talk to him on the phone the makers only showed his eyes, which often happens in itv when introducing new characters. Chances are that he showes up to the diwali function and gets full on lattoo on Tara. He will ask Raunak to either return his money or give him Tara. Raunak, being the selfish brat that he is, will obviously marry his sister off to him. Seeing that, maybe mr Malik will marry Tara to save her without telling her that he’s Deva.
