Never did Abhi follow Akshu around anywhere, everytime they met- it was coincidences. Never were there scenes showing Abhi actively trying to find out where Akshu is and then following her around and causing her harm.
Akshu never felt fear when Abhi was around, we were shown her pov and that she likes him also. She wanted his attention- we all saw how she got sad and cried when Abhi started ignoring her.
Also, never did Akshu smack Abhi to stop him from being near her.

Abhinav following Akshara around that was definitely stalking because she made it clear to him to leave her alone and she even smacked him to make him stop- I get it he wants to help her and all, but it is definitely considered stalking if someone tells you to stop and then raises hand on you to also make you stop. Him following her around was unwanted attention.

Abhira Sharma is daughter of Akshara and Abhinav. Lol, as if Abhira don't want to be called as her father's daughter....

About gen3 the person who got slapped for stalking is abhinav. Abhimanyu only followed akshara's voice first time, but not tried to find her. He even didn't probe much when he mistakenly saved her at birla hospital due to panic attack. Third time at Jaipur also is a coincidence. During that time he indirectly told her his love and akshara was all happy till arohi intervened.

NB: I have clearly said actor's playing yuvraj and his father. It is about actor's. If you got mixed with actors and characters I can't help it.
