Becoz mahir is physically big (not body shaming), so if some petite or lean human comes before him, it seems he is about to give a big hug or kiss that person.

Dj also inquired Vidur whereabouts of that old man who came to Mahajan Mansion as solicitor of that will, which Vidur evaded saying solicitors job is done after revealing 'will' so he left & is of no use. But guess that solicitor is hiding safely & still has OG version signed by SP Mahajan which he can bring next day to scheduled BOD meeting in Mahajan office after finishing all legal formalities secretly?

Let Dj get a facepalm shock moment & public humiliation in BOD when OG version is submitted.
