Yes. But since Shahid was primarily with his mom growing up Ishaan did grow up having Shahid around. Shahid also has two half siblings from his dad’s side. And Ishaan has a 2-3 year old half brother from his dad’s side.

This article mentions that Rajesh - Vandana that they have only 1 son ie Vanraj. It also says that Vandana was pregnant with twin boys but lost one of them in womb and the other twin was born premature

I think maybe slightly from Shahid’s Ishq Vishq days. To me Shahid’s daughter as a baby looked like Ishaan.
