MD is a lost cause. She is just a power hungry maniac. She was a powerful celebrity, now that she lost her own academy she wants to take over Kapadia empire. Zero effort put into making any sort of relationship with her son.

Malti Devi was doing so well . She was rich and famous. It is unbelievable that she has nothing now.
