I have a feeling that taras father is the main antagonist as he was the one who sent deva to the jail and somehow he is also responsible to declare that the building is crashed so all the kids died in the jail or something like that
what do you guys think?

Yes same, I feel Tara’s father is the main villain because in the flashback he seems sort of ruthless..so even though he is sick him being nice to Tara is not so convincing as he hated her in the past and seems a bit fake..I think even if he is actually sick once he recovers he will go back to selfish evil self..

My hunch is also in Tara's father as the main mastermind/villain. I wouldn't be surprised due to Tara's pyrophobia wala behavior & other instances. I think he is aware of the damaged ceilings in the store room in which Deva sent Tara towards.
