Mr. M has done nothing to convince me he's "winning" material. It's too early, and he can still turn things around. But right now absolutely not. He's definitely a winner in one department - acting smug and mistakenly believing that he's some kind of top dog on this show.

Like I said, it's too early yet to draw crazy conclusions unless it gets as messed up as last season.
