In this car scene, Neil asked her "Bohat yaad aarahi hai Rishikesh ki?"

Yuvika says, sabko SAB kuch nehi milta she kinda hinted on losing Kartik in order to get a new aim purpose in life,

Neil simplified it saying, Humein Jo lagta Hai Ki humein chahiye actual mein woh kuch aur hi hota hai

These were all a symbolism on how in that moment Yuvika was at the right place (Delhi) with the right person (Neil)

For Yuvika,Neil Bharadwaj is synonymous to Mr Right.

YUVIKA is special to Neil & he is proud of what he feels for her. Hence he never denies. His care, concern, admiration & love for Yuvika is visible in his eyes & reflect in his every action. I don't know how Bhoomi hasn't understood it yet. YUVIKA ko dekhke ekk song yaad ata hai
