The proposal was a genuine mistake and If Sahiba had mentioned the reason why she left to Angad the so many times he asked her and wanted to clarify his stand and talk to her ..things will be different ..her ego which is why she refused to talk and tell the reason and her intention to protect seerat is the reason the marraige is in this situation …he still believes she left for his hiding that one incident which he has already explained and has no clue about proposal ..

For sure she can but the gun is forcing her to stay put but that hasn't stopped her from trying to talk some sense into him
