CA told Anu that she wanted to go with her Bio mon and Anu had to convince Anuj.CA confessed to Anuj that Anu loved her more than M later when they were at Mumbai (Hope u have watched the episode).As M was her Bio mom MaAn had no chance in getting the custody of the Kid.

Regarding custody, did they even take the legal route for custody? They had ample reasons like Maya's mental condition to make a case. They never tried. It was good riddens for them.

Maya did nothing wrong by making Choti Anu believe that she was the culprit in Anuj-Anupama's life. Anupama being the parent and adult in the relation did the right thing by agreeing to what a naive 7 year old said.

So, why not let Malati Devi speak the truth to Choti Anu in her absence.

They have shown scene in which MD calling the authorities to ensure whether the procedures of locking the DA was done.This shows that the complaint was given by her and she was after troubling Anupama's kids.

The "kids" got troubled for their own fault and yielded to greed. Malati Devi does Not have to set a reminder to Samar-Dimple or anyone else To renew your registration. She only complained the authorities of the same. As you agree the procedure was followed.
