Thanks for the reply, looks like betel nuts are the main problem. Here everyone has that with Paan, my Mami (my mom’s cousin’s wife) used to have that everyday and she lost her life due to mouth cancer 2 years ago. She went through a hard time as the bleeding was severe, at the end they could also see what’s inside her throat/neck area. She was a nice person and worked really hard for her kids.
