No. She hasn't. She has a peculiar nose shape which looks good on her face. She has in recent times put on weight. That's the only difference. I could tell because I followed her since her EHMBH days, only Indian soap that I watched start to finish.

I followed her since ehmbh and kdmhmd days and I met her as well. Her nose has change a bit (but not drastically) it looked bigger before

It's simply makeup dude. Check out her recent reels and pics, it's the same nose. Even a 7 days old reel of her on her account shows the same thing. If she wanted a nose change she would've gotten it long back.

That she did long back due to injury, not because she wanted to change how she looked and it's not a recent surgery by any means.
