No one should be surprised by this. There was a blind a few years ago suggesting that after either Dangal or PK at some party he made suggestions to Aamir Khan about acting. Aamir apparently took it sportingly and listened to him.

He needs some serious attitude adjustment. He apparently looks down on regular Hindi films and even caused a mini controversy because he had said something that was taken as an insult to movies that Rhea produces. He had to release a statement saying he loves and respects his sister’s work. He loudly complained about Diljit winning best Filmfare debut (argument may have merit but saying so publicly was a bad move) and had to apologize to Diljit who in turn was very gracious about it. He said on Masand’s newcomer round table that he auditioned for a Hollywood film but was told he was too good looking for the role. Honestly compared to some of his other statements approaching Robert Pattinson doesn’t even seem like anything. I was more amused by this PR article because it kept referring to Bhavesh Joshi the movie as a cult classic.

Ab Aamir Groot jaise aankhein badi badi karke ghumega toh harr chapadganju sochega isko to main bhi tips de sakti hu.

HarshBurden ne bhi bola hoga ki "Uncle, aankhein thodi choti kar lena agli baar. Darr lag raha hai."

As for being surprised, I don't think anyone is. After all he is Anil's son (overconfidence free me mili), Sonam's brother (dumbness free me mila), and Rhea's brother (arrogance muft muft muft).

Anil does the Jhakaas kind of roles well. But with other roles he tends to over act a lot. Like a lot. He's been extremely fortunate how his career has turned out. His arrogance has definitely passed down to his kids.

Maybe they meant something else by cultsmiley36

I am so irritated with this guy that if someone says they like him, I probably will be wary of them too. What is to like in this guy?

He said fake sneakers unko gift kar do jinko kuch pata nahi about sneakers and get yourself authentic pairs. Says the guy who cant even afford that sneaker collection of his with his own income.

This reminds me a couple of years back there was a female fan who was stalking Pattinson. She would come to the movie sets every day and even followed him to his hotel. So Rob invites her for dinner and whines and cribs all through the dinner. Apparently after that she never showed up again. smiley36

I don't know if this actually happened or Pattinson was trolling everyone with his stories per usual. He has had a few weird encounters for sure. Dude was Edward Cullen ffs.

I remember that story smiley36. Pattinson has a very quirky (for lack of a better word) sense of humor. He’s also very good at self trolling. I actually watched the first Twilight with a commentary with him, Stewart, and the director and he was actually making fun of Edward and his own acting.

I haven’t been paying attention to him in recent years so I hope he’s still the same.

Nobody trolls the twilight series more than him. He's still the same though.

Have you watched this skit of him looking for a hot dog? It takes me out everytime. The fact that he wrote this himself is bonkers. smiley36

OK that was awesome smiley36 Thanks for sharing.

And yes that is totally his sense of humor. Quirky, crazy, and self deprecating.
