No-no... My physiotherapy is a long process. It might take a year to get back to almost normal. In the meantime, physiotherapy/exercises on my own.
Professional physiotherapy might begin in case I don't reach milestones I need to reach. Otherwise, I'm directed by my doctors as to what next to include in my exercises.
